LifeArt was created from the inspiration and requests of families. Listening to our family's stories and feedback about funerals and coffins has indicated to us what is important when a family selects a LifeArt coffin. Families tell us when they are choosing a LifeArt coffin they start talking about their loved ones full life, what they liked doing, what was important to them, what was a special time or memory.

Our design team works diligently at creating each design in a style to evoke these emotions and memories for our families. Our LifeArt designs are created by images supplied from photo libraries or galleries on line, from a family's private collection, or by taking photos of our precious timbers. LifeArt's primary focus is on quality, originality, and detail.

In our LifeArt Gallery we have chosen design categories that reflect all aspect of our lives and thinking - from practical and simple styles, to life scenarios, through to providing a design service for you to create your own design.

Our company's ability to reflect both traditional and contemporary, to observe trends, and respond to families request for personalisation, has resulted in a collection of designs suitable for all ages and cultures. Our aspiration is for the LifeArt design to initiate conversations and be a meaningful part of the funeral event for family and friends.

LifeArt's very first coffin design was a custom coffin . As the family relayed stories of their father's life, loves and personality, a design began to upfold in the mind of our designer, Julian. Julian explained to the family he was able to create their own unique design based on what they had told him about their father. The family pick their favourite photos and special words. Julain incorporate images and colour for the background, and completed the design.

Within the day the first custom design coffin was complete, and the start of LifeArt's most talked about feature - inspiring custom designs.

STEPS TO CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN

Step 1: A design starts with talking about your loved one. Sharing stories and memories, looking at photos over the years and finding those stories and images that resonate in you what was the essence and soul of the person. We have learnt families have their design idea generally with the first few hours of thinking about it.

Step 2: Once our designer has your stories, ideas and photos for your design, we source any required extra imagery, and commence the design creation.

Step 3: The designer then provides you and the family with a computer generated mock up of the coffin, so you see how the finished product will look before it goes into production.

Step 4: With your /the family approval the design is then printed, and your special designer coffin delivered to your funeral home within the usual turn around of two to three days.

Pre need design service LifeArt also offer a pre need design service which is really no different from the Custom coffin, the only differing factor is your coffin is being planed in advance. Your design is kept on file until requested and nominated family members have the Designs registration number and Mock up of the design. Every year our pre need service is growing in demand.
